Over the last several years, I have noticed greater relaxation, deeper imagination, and resilience arising from this practice in my own life, so I trained with experts in the field to offer Meditative Art groups to others. . In this group, I lead a guided meditation that invites you to connect with a personal intention and create an artwork using fun, colorful supplies like watercolors, collage, and pastel crayons and chalks.
